So...im on here giving this online thing a chance as i've witnessed many great successes from my friends. I'm a single mom who enjoys every minute of my life. I work full time in a fantastic bio. company that I believe in, enjoy my off hours with my teenage daughter who continues to make me wonder what I did in my life to allow me to be blessed with her in it. For fun, i do alot of volunteer work to the local communities in san diego and am also active in my daughter's youth group as an assistant coordinator. Its been a while since i've had any one in my life to call my own, being in a 7 year relationship tends to make you think that you wont be able to find some else that gets you and who understands. But I feel that im ready to dip my toes in the water or may be even knee deep. Looking for someone who enjoys laughter as much as I do, who enjoys the simple things like a sunset, the look in a child's eyes and just start laughing and goofing. I love my family, as I am an only child though i tend to make those that I meet instant family; hence whether your my cousin, or just a friend, i'll treat you the same way. I am Catholic and I serve God to the utmost of my capabilities, i love like I was dying, I work hard and I give my everything when ever I need to give to who ever is in need. So im looking for someone very important; first off, honesty is the basis for trust, good solid communication is the foundation for solidarity in any given relationship/friendship. Laughter is the key to every heart. With the combination of those three characteristics that I seek, the friendship could outlast the sands of time. Faith is also pretty important element to the one I would meet, but its not a deal breaker. I am a firm believer that we are all human and God gave us the gift of decision, after all he did make us in his OWN image in which we can decide for ourselves. I will never force my faith on anyone, I believe that everyone will come into that acknowledgement in their own time. I certainly did. So anything outside of the 3 elements I want, is a bonus. Financial stability, looks, materialistic acquisitions are all THINGS that can be attained. Laughter, Honesty, and Communication are items that are instilled through respect and taught by love. So with that, I guess i'll leave it up to this sight to MATCH me with the one that really knows how to BE.

First date huh? i guess something that relaxes both parties. A walk on the beach to get to know each other then a nice alfresco dinner or lunch. I wish that I could find someone that would take the lead and let me just enjoy his company without me having to plan the date.

hmmm....idea of fun in a 1000 words or less...anything that will get me going. Walks, hiking, dancing, ball game, movies, laughter at a comedy club..something that gets me out of my shyness. Thats fun.

you know funny you ask. I've had about 36 years to fine tune what it is im NOT looking for. what i am looking for is another thing. I do know that he has to be someone who appreciates life, someone that is respectful, funny, who enjoys simplicity. I don't know, i guess when I meet him, i'll just know. Everyone you meet is different.
