I am a happy, kind and caring person. I value intelligence, integrity, and a sense of humor in others, and hope I possess those qualities in some measure myself. I believe that communication is the key to a successful relationship. I am retired from the Navy Reserves, and have worked in the legal field for the AF for over 20 years. I can choose to retire from civil service at any point, but I am still enjoying my work, so I haven't decided when that will be yet. When I do retire, I plan to live outside of FL, but on the east coast, for most of the year, where there is a change of seasons and possibly not far from the mountains, and spend winters here.

I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and many states with the military, and have lived in both Germany and Italy. I am very adventurous and love to travel. I also enjoy hiking, camping, bike riding, and walking on nature trails or on the beach, and spending time with my two grandchildren.
