Ik beschrijf mezelf als:

To be clear, I'm not trolling for romance. If it happens, nifty. But I'm really just hoping to find people (plural or singular. I don't need a bevy of friends; I'm more into quality than quantity) with whom compatability could lead to friendship. I can be very intense, but I'm usually pretty laid back. I'm a writer, so I have an immense curiosity about many things. I'm also a voracious reader, an editor, a singer, and an artisan. My size is just a bit lower than my age. If you find that to be a problem, then I wish you much happiness & success as you continue looking - elsewhere - for companionship. I'm probably below average in looks, but I guess your opinion would depend on how long you were lost and alone in the desert. Since I have no beauty to worry about fading, I can focus on more important things. Like ... um, gimme time; I'll find something. I'm currently lacking a social life and wouldn't mind meeting people with whom I can watch movies, catch a meal, have staring contests, etc. I like the occasional night out, but I generally prefer staying in. While I can get a little unleashed once in a while, my nature is fairly private. I tend to study and analyze new people before getting sociable with `em, so I hope you either have an outgoing nature to balance mine, or can be patient and let me acclimate to new people. I'm not much on crowds; I prefer to be with a small number of good friends rather than a large group of strangers. And if you're looking for a hiking buddy, I'm not your girl. I'd like to meet someone funny, smart, fascinating, understanding, generous, and communicative. At the moment, I could handle someone mildly witty, compos mentis, vaguely interesting, more sensitive than a brick, who puts spare change in the bell ringers' pots, and is able to speak coherently on occasion.
