Hello and thanks for checking out my profile.

I’m reasonably well educated, hold a degree in Sociology, have a good job, am good to my mum, can hold a decent conversation and can be handy in a quiz, especially during the film and TV round!

I have a good social life but feel I am missing that ‘special’ someone in my life. I am easygoing, get on well with most people, make friends easily and have a good sense of humour. I am not argumentative or moody. I am adaptable and flexible and love to experience new things and places. travelling and walking being two big passions of mine. My philosophy on life is that we are only here once and we need to make the most of our time here. I have a lot to give to the right woman.

I keep my head permanently shaved so if you’re averse to bald heads then I guess I’m not for you. But if you want to be with a man who will listen to what you have to say, treat you like an equal, look after you when you’re ill, remember your birthday and Valentines, whisk you away for surprise weekends, buy you flowers on occasion, enjoy the simple things like walking holding hands along a scenic walk or a sunset beach, who isn’t afraid to indulge in public shows of affection, then maybe I’m the man you’re looking for. Oh and if you are into walking in the great outdoors with boots and rucksack in the Derbyshire Peaks or The Lakes then you are very close to being the woman of my dreams!
