Friends say I'm charming feminine outgoing intelligent thoughtful easy-going and loyal (thanks friends!) I'd describe myself as open-mined well-traveled spontaneous & adventurous. I have strong family values & respect my elders. At the same time, little wild & whimsical. I've a radiant personality, & love to make you laugh. I am affectionate & romantic, love to take special care of those I love. I've lived in Europe & Asia, traveled to 20 countries. Have many interests including language, folklore, mythology (esp Northern European) philosophy, history, plays, movies (horror & adventure), the Discovery and History channels. I am a bit of a rockhound, the mineral type. I like video games, RPG's, the Renaissance Fair & eating with my hands at Medieval Times (I'm old enough to be comfortable with & even embrace my inner-geek) For fun: having friends over for a BBQ or a movie. Taking long drives. Seeing a movie, enjoying an interesting new restaurant, or traveling. I currently live in the Chicago Burbs, but I'd be happier living in the country. Alaska or the Pacific NW sounds nice. I love old houses-antiques & ghost stories. It Fall! I love Halloween and all Falltime activities!

My idea of romance is: flowers for no reason, cuddling up to watch a scary movie, giving me a hug from behind when I'm making dinner (I love to cook for people), offering to carry the heavy things for me, singing in my ear, and you teaching me about things you are interested in, you doing something manly to try to impress me. My ideas about relationships: I am a 1-man girl. If I am with you, I am with you 100%. I don't play mind games, and I don't try to control or compete. I don't cheat. I don't mind if you go out with your friends a lot, as long as you save time for me, and bring me with sometimes. I believe the world can sometimes be a very hard place to be in; relationships with those we love should be designed to offer a safe haven of trust, understanding, and support. I will always try to compliment the best in you and never put you down.

Looking for a guy who's considerate believes in honor & is a gentleman because I like being treated as a lady. You should be at least a little manly; at minimum enough to protect me from, & even kill if necessary, all spiders threatening me. Enjoying travel is a great plus. If I had to pick my fantasy type, he would a be tall, dark, mesmeric biker or perhaps a rugged Nordic-fishermen type; but don't be intimidated if you're not. I'm a face girl, body type matters little to me. Besides that, I am attracted to different things in different people.
