I’m not really good at talking about myself but I will give it a try! I am a Virginia Beach local born and raised. I have a beautiful 15-year-old daughter who means the world to me! I am looking for someone to spend some time with and ultimately looking for a long-term relationship. A few words to describe my personality and character would be kind, loyal, compassionate, a little bit goofy, and laid-back. It’s been a very long time since I have been in the dating scene so I’m a little bit nervous to get back out there but I feel that it is time. I have worked in the mortgage business for 30 years, I own my own home, and am financially independent. I’m not really into the bar scene but certainly would not mind going with a special someone. I like getting together with friends, grabbing a cup of coffee, walking on the beach, taking a boat ride, sitting outside on the porch enjoying the fresh air, listening to music, or relaxing on the couch watching a movie. Plenty of other things too but we can talk about that when we are getting to know each other. I love dogs! I have one sweet girl named Luna, she is a rescue and fits perfectly into this crazy little family.

I am looking for someone with a nice smile who can make me laugh, and is just the right combination of serious and silly. Being open and honest is very important. Don’t be afraid to say what is on your mind since communication means so much.
